We have a long tradition of supplying leading businesses with the highest quality meats for over four generations. What’s more, we are happy to advise on the best cuts for your specific needs – just give us a call.

All of our meat is butchered on the premises and is locally sourced. We passionately believe that quality meat begins with expert sourcing. We work closely with our farmers to ensure that the meat we supply is of the highest quality.

Food safety and hygiene is our main priority and we ensure that all the products we receive are fully traceable and have been stored and transported in line with the requirements of the Foods Standards Act.

Our meat is prepared to order, on site, by our butchers who are fully trained in meat preparation and food hygiene. Our units are installed with industrial chilling and freezing facilities and our delivery vehicles are all fully refrigerated. Strict temperature control measures are in place to ensure the meat you receive is fresh and in perfect condition.

In addition to fresh raw meat products we also supply a range of cooked meats, fresh home-made flavoured sausages and burgers, black pudding, salami, chorizo, pate, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, and much more! For a full product/ price list please contact us.
